Maple is light in color predominately straight grained, our wide plank Maple varies in color from blonde to nutty brown, with a fine uniform texture. This hard, strong and heavy wood is highly resistant to wear and perfect for all flooring. This Canadian classic delivers a light, contemporary look. Maple is known for its birds-eye, curly, figured characteristics. Wide plank flooring does not pull these desired pieces. A popular wood as we do not take out Curly, Birds Eye, or Figured boards out of the Wide Plank Flooring line.
