All of our flooring is always hand-selected one piece at a time. Our custom flooring can be manufactured in many different widths to suit your decorating needs or to match up with existing materials. Our custom wideplank flooring is manufactured from kiln-dried 6-8% precision milled and lengths from 6-12 feet long.
Victorian Grade
This is our Premium grade. We select the highest quality of lumber to be processed into our wide plank flooring. Our Victorian grade has longer lengths and wider widths This unique combination of clear, wider widths with longer lengths is rare and in a league all it s own. Our premium Victorian grade is produced from the highest quality materials. It is renowned for its clearness in character and is celebrated for its grainy consistency. Victorian grade is a much higher grade to produce and is hand selected one piece at a time to ensure the highest quality to our customer.
Antique Grade
Like our Victorian, this grade also has longer lengths and wider widths. Antique grade has a character all its own, since it is specifically hand selected for its beautiful knots. Sections of 2-6 feet are clear and interfaced with knots that create a distinct look. Our traditional Antique grade combines the hardwood durability with Antique charm. The wood has a warm variety of colour. Antique grade comes from old growth Canadian hardwoods. It is selected for its knots and colour, which create a unique character in each and every board. This highlights the natural beauty of the Antique grade.
Canadian Heritage Grade
This grade is truly one of a kind. No two pieces are the same giving the grade its unique character. Canadian Heritage is in a league of its own, cut from selective trees to create sizes and widths that only Wide Plank Flooring can provide. Our Canadian heritage grade is absolutely gorgeous. The wood that comes from the North is considered to be stronger, harder and generally just superior in quality to others. Why? Because Canada endures the harshest climate, extreme temperatures and weather conditions that make Canadian timber the most durable. According to the National Hardwood Council, Canadian hardwood floors are from a renewable and recyclable natural resource because Canada regrows twice as much hardwood as they harvest each year. Our Canadian Heritage is hand-picked for its widest width. This is ranked as the best Canadian Wide Plank Floor.
