Why Wide Plank
Keeping with the traditional way of manufacturing hardwood flooring, Wide Plank Flooring believes the use of Wider and Longer lengths will reduce the number of end and edge seams in the floor. Creating a more natural and beautiful looking floor, and provides a cleaner look. Wide plank flooring reproduces the look of early 17th century floors, this style of flooring was used in English Castles and the homes of royalty. Random width wide plank flooring allows us to achieve the best yield from the tree that is being cut. This keeps the price lower for the consumer and gives you the full width and length of each board. Wide Plank also creates less waste as the boards are longer therefore using less trees in the process.
